CTEC Up-to-date list of all Disciplinary Actions taken against a CRTP

Beginning July, 1, 2019, CTEC is now required to list all Disciplinary Actions taken against a CRTP.  

Disciplinary Actions include:

  • Probation (Preparer has been place on Probation, with specific terms and conditions)
  • Suspension (Registration has been Suspended and CRTP cannot continue to prepare taxes)
  • Revocation (Registration has been Revoked and CRTP cannot continue to prepare taxes)

 Below is an up-to-date list of CRTPs that have had Disciplinary Actions taken by CTEC.

2017
